Ian and Sam formerly created their building business in 2006 having successfully completed a number of projects in the surrounding area of Chagford, Dartmoor National Park.

 

They started working together in 2000 at Drew & Sons where they completed their City & Guilds NVQ, 3-year apprenticeship; Ian working as a mason in both traditional masonry and heritage stonework, and Sam as a carpenter.

 

Today they undertake projects for the Dutchy of Cornwall and domestic building contracts from barn conversions, extensions and new builds. Over the years, they have amassed the equipment required to take a project from the ground up and have acquired the skills, knowledge and experience to give customers the confidence they need to see their projects realised.

 

They continue to explore and develop their skills with both traditional and new methods of construction, such as the Nudura icf systems, for which they are trained and approved installers.
